Having just spent seven relaxing and enjoyable days at Elk Estate, we can highly recommend not only the property but also the amazing hospitality shown by Michelle. Her personal welcome when we arrived, followed by a comprehensive tour of the home amenities made us feel right at home. The house is exceptionally clean and spacious, and our children were able to spend hours in the pool entertaining themselves as we looked on from the great outdoor entertaining area. We were subject to both hot and cold weather during our stay and both offered their benefits, either with a refreshing swim or a beautifully warm spa. Located just outside Inverloch (2 minute drive), you derive the benefit of the serenity, whilst remaining in touch with civilisation. Michelle's communication was first class and her restaurant recommendations were equally as good. Highly recommend for families of all sizes as there is no shortage of things to do and see. We certainly look forward to coming back in the near future.

Had the weekend here for a health retreat and it was the most wonderful weekend. The property itself is stunning, warm and so very welcoming. Inverloch is a gorgeous little town and it’s a fantastic place to go with a group of people to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Elk estate is perfect for a relax and unwind getaway and the amazingly generous and lovely owners have set it up perfectly with gorgeous decor and everything you need! Would 10000% recommend Elk Estate.

Michelle was an incredible host, which makes a huge difference when you have a large party to manage. She’s ahead of you with checking in on everything you need and incredibly helpful in making your stay comfortable. The house is great, perfect for a big group. We had multiple groups of parents with toddlers and babies and were very comfortable. Hot tub is particularly great! Will come back in summer when we can make better use of the outside area.

It was amazing experience staying at ELK Estate. The weather was not great when we stayed but there was heaps of indoor activities and heated spa was the best out of all. Michelle was incredibly helpful with her time and advice. The house was super clean. Only negative, there is no late opening shops or servo nearby for emergency shopping or med tablets. Apart from that all good. I would recommend :)

The kids lived to trampoline, cubby houses and monkey bar. The adults enjoyed the fact we could relax knowing they were safe as the property is very secure. Michelle is a considerate host and check in was very easy and informative. The pool and spa area is very well sheltered and picks up the sun most of the day, we didn't feel the need to leave this place as there is so much to do for adults and kids alike. Only a short drive to Inverloch but we found we had everything we needed at home.

Our group of 8 (4 couples) spent the weekend at Elk Estate celebrating our 40th birthdays, and the house was everything that we had hoped for. Large living areas with plenty of seating for all of us and lots of games and activities to keep us busy all weekend.
The house is beautifully furnished and Michelle, the host, seems to have thought of everything. The kitchen has enough cutlery, crockery and utensils for anything you might need.
We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool.
I’m looking forward to booking another stay sometime in the future so that I can bring my children to experience the rest of what the house has to offer - the basketball ring, monkey bars, table tennis and cubby house will all be a big hit with them.

My weekend at Elk Estate was nothing short of magical. I went in hoping it would be an enjoyable experience for my birthday and I couldn’t have even imagined how much joy it would bring me by the end. Location was super close to shops. Extremely spacious and wonderfully equipped for anything you may need. Large kitchen was the heart of the house for us however the outdoor area kept us entertained along with the pool tables. Bedrooms were plentiful and very comfortable! Holiday house of my dreams. I hope to come back to this house for further wonderful memories. Close enough for a day trip to Wilsons Prom and surrounded by beautiful greenery and wildlife. WiFi, heating and cooling and of course Michelle’s helpful and quick responses topped everything off. Thank you Michelle, a million times!

What an amazing property! A gorgeous quiet setting with loads of features, the spa was a favourite. Michelle was a fantastic host, so friendly and made us so welcome. Fantastic property with everything you need for a fun holiday. Kids had an awesome time. To get the most from the property I recommend going during the summer months. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to make use of the pool and outside dining area. Highlight is definitely the fantastic spa that is under cover, so we were able to use it for hours despite the rainy weather. Michelle is a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars.

A wonderful, well thought out, organized & beautiful house! Perfect for groups of young families! We stayed 2 nights and were greeted warmly by Michelle who showed us around & provided all relevant information. We had a group of 5 couples, and 5 little children and portacots fit in all rooms. Huge living spaces with open plan living, great, functional and really well stocked kitchen with everything you could think of! Linen and towels all good quality and lots of extras! The spa was a hit, so nice and new and a great addition to a winters escape. Thanks to Michelle for being so easy to deal with and friendly. We will be back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the best part for us was location, a quiet country setting, but yet only a kilometre away from the town centre and near to beaches. The accommodation itself was just luxurious and beautifully furnished. We loved the idea that we had so much to do at the house, that took away the worry of what to do next with the kids. There was a games room, Wi-Fi, excellent spa, pool, kids retreat and veggie patch and a TV in each room with Netflix! We would definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elk Estate. It was warm, welcoming & peaceful. The rooms were luxurious with super comfy beds. The Games room was a win for the guys with a full size pool table, whilst the kids really enjoyed footy in the spacious back yard and their own games room. With comfy couches inside & out there was plenty spaces to relax. The new state of the art Spa was well used late into the night. Michelle is a phenomenal host who has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay would be memorable, especially as it was a surprise weekend away for my husband's 30th! From her friendly and prompt communication to ensure that it would be a stress-free experience to her flexibility with every request, it really was the icing on the cake. The photos don't really do the property justice as everyone was completely blown away as soon they drove up to the property and the jaw-dropping moments didn't stop there. Despite visiting in winter with the cold and rain, and not being able to utilise all the outdoor facilities, the endless options indoors were enough to keep us well occupied. Elk Estate has a beautiful warmth that you weren't left feeling lost and alone but also big enough to be able to always find a quiet spot. Not to mention that all the beds were ridiculously comfortable and not having to draw straws for bunk beds, it really did make us feel like it was our home. I can't recommend this property high enough, and I know our friends and family are all planning to have their getaways here in the near future. Michelle, thank you again for being an incredible host, and we look forward to making more memories at Elk Estate!
