Booking Terms and Conditions

Times

  • Check-in from 3pm (earlier by arrangement)

  • Check-out by 10am (later by arrangement)

House Rules

  • Strictly no smoking in the house or anywhere on the property

  • Strictly NO parties or loud noise - please consider our neighbours

  • No schoolies

  • No Bucks parties

  • No Hens parties

  • No more than 12 guests sleeping over

  • Have fun and create lasting memories

Pet Friendly

  • Pets will be considered but please discuss this prior to booking

  • An extra fully refundable bond may be required at check-in

We love pets and know how important they are to their owners and will do our best to accomodate your request to bring along your pets.

This is a registered holiday house (Cert No: REG2023-000185 / 2023) and follows the rules and regulations set by Bass Coast Shire for Short Term Accomodation Local Law1 Neighbourhood Amenity July 2022.
